There is no call centre and no enquiry queue. Messages come to our office in Thimphu and a travel designer answers them — usually the same day, always within one working day.
The more you tell us the better the first reply will be. How long you have, roughly when, how many of you, and what you are hoping the trip feels like.

Our office is in the capital, which matters more than it sounds. When a road closes, a festival date shifts or a flight is cancelled, the person sorting it out is an hour or two away from the problem — not in a different time zone waiting for an email.
Bhutan is GMT +6. If you are writing from Europe, expect a reply the following morning; from North America, overnight.
